Construction Debris Removal

Cost is based on the volume of debris and the type of material, since heavy materials like concrete are priced differently than mixed light debris. We assess the load and give you a firm price on-site before we start. There are no per-bag or per-item charges; you pay one straightforward price for the volume we take.

We accept most renovation and construction debris including drywall, lumber, flooring, ceiling tiles, insulation, roofing shingles, concrete, bricks, and general mixed waste. We do not accept hazardous materials such as asbestos or paint. If you’re unsure whether we can take something, give us a call before booking.

Absolutely. Many of our clients book mid-project cleanouts to keep the site clear and safe. We can work around your crew and schedule pickups at whatever stage makes the most sense for your timeline. We’re flexible and used to working alongside active renovation teams in the London area.

We make a genuine effort to sort and recycle construction materials. Clean wood can be chipped or repurposed, metals are sent to scrap recyclers, and concrete and masonry materials are often processed into aggregate. Mixed and contaminated waste goes to a licensed disposal facility in compliance with Ontario regulations. We’ll never cut corners on proper disposal.
